Capacity Building

WRF seeks to support nonprofit organizations in doing their work more effectively and efficiently. We provide consultant support to nonprofits in the areas of board development, strategic planning, fiscal management and resource development, and the development of organizational policies, procedures and systems. WRF invests in organizational development, learning and networking for organizations that receive WRF grants. We encourage all applicants and grantees to talk with us about their organizational needs. We see support for organizational development and core operations as essential to increasing organizations’ impact and sustainability.

WRF works with the Arkansas Coalition for Excellence and other consultants to offer individualized assistance to nonprofit partners on an as-needed basis.
