Recent Grantees

Last year, the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation gave more than $6 million in grants to 52 groups working in Arkansas. Grantmaking is primarily concentrated on four Moving the Needle strategic goals including:

1. Reducing the number of Arkansas families living below 200% of the federal poverty line.
2. Increasing high school, vocational, and college graduation rates in the state.
3. Increasing educational attainment and economic mobility in select communities in Arkansas.
4. Showing that strategic support and good grantmaking practices can help select grantees achieve MTN goals within the parameters of their missions.
