The Arkansas Community Institute (ACI) was founded in Little Rock in 1985 to improve housing opportunities in low- to moderate-income neighborhoods in Little Rock. The mission of ACI is to provide asset development opportunities, leadership development, research and advocacy on policies, and education and organizing on barriers to economic empowerment and advancement.
