As program assistant at the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation (WRF), Meredith provides administrative and operational support to staff. She also assists the Economic Development and Nonprofit Infrastructure Team and Social Justice team in managing grants, writing and editing materials, conducting research, and hosting convenings.

Prior to joining the Foundation in 2015, Meredith earned her BA in International Relations from Hendrix College. During her college years, she joined the Roosevelt Institute, a progressive student-led think tank based in New York City. Her policy work through the Campus Network and high school education in rural Southwest Missouri influenced her passion for rural economic development and education policy.

Meredith also serves on the board of Young Nonprofit Profit Professionals Network - Little Rock and is a member of Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy.
