Social, Ethnic, and Racial Equity will exist when all Arkansans can live in an equitable and productive state free from historic and systemic barriers, and legacies of unfairness have been addressed and eliminated.
Governor Rockefeller's vision of equity for all Arkansans requires that we no longer accept inequity in any sector. As a broad strategy, we will co-create and advance a social, ethnic, and racial equity movement that activates communities across the state as agents of positive change.
