What is Fluxx?

The Fluxx Portal is WRF's one-stop platform for consultants and grantees. You'll use it to:

Log hours or submit deliverable-based invoices

Upload required documentation (receipts, proof of work, etc.)

Track payments and deliverables

Ensure timely and accurate payment

What are some pro tips for using Fluxx?

Be specific in descriptions, clarity = faster payments.

Use clear file names for receipts and deliverables.

Submit invoices early to allow PO review and processing.

Even if you have $0 billable hours, still submit (check the “$0 billable hours” box).

How do I submit an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Check your Letter of Agreement (LOA) or Professional Services Agreement (PSA)

Hourly invoicing: You’re paid by the hour (rates are listed in your LOA, including travel).

Product-based invoicing: You’re paid per deliverable (outlined in your PSA).

How do I submit an hourly invoice?

Accepted Answer

Log in to Fluxx and go to “Invoices Due”.
Select the invoice → Click Edit.
Fill out only the white fields (gray fields are internal).
Itemize each activity: include dates, hours, and specific descriptions. (Avoid vague entries like “project work.”)
List expenses separately and upload receipts.
Travel must include date, purpose, and destination.
       6. Review everything → click Submit.

How do I submit a product-based invoice?

Accepted Answer

Log in to Fluxx → Select invoice → Click Edit.
Enter the amount exactly as listed in your LOA/PSA.
Clearly list completed deliverables.
Upload proof of completion (e.g., report, slide deck, presentation).
Note: Program Officer approval is required before payment.
Review and click Submit.

Do I need Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
